Hi, I have been calling my friend in france from my UK mobile to her french mobile she says shee is getting charged why is this?

Hello,
She can’t get charged for receiving calls to her French mobile. Who told her this? She should contact her mobile carrier to inquire about it. There are some countries where people pay to receive calls to their cell phones (USA, Canada), but France is not among them.
