receiving international calls on mexico cell phone

I have a pay as you go sim card from telcel in Puerto Vallarta mexico, 322 160 6???. I can receive a text from Canada on 011 52 322 160 6??? but can not receive a phone call. Is there some block? thx

Hello,
For incoming international voice calls to Mexico cell phones adding digit 1 before the area code is also required, therefore you would have 011 52 1 322 and so on. Our page on calling Mexico has this info at https://www.howtocallabroad.com/mexico/
