Hello, I would like to know the full detail how to send a text message along with its code from Mauritius to China (Shanghai). Thank you

Hello,

Sending a text works the same as placing a phone call. From Mauritiu to China you should have the following: 00 86 followed by the Chinese cell number which is 11 digit and starts with 1. You can also use +86 instead of 00 86. The page below has all this info and more:
