Just wondering how to text message from Canadian cell to Cuban cell. I tried 53 then the number and it went through but my friend isn’t receiving the messages.

Try placing 011 in front of 53.

Well this is what you use to text Cuba from Canada. If it doesn’t work then it is a network issue – try calling your wireless provider to inquire about this (most likely they have been asked questions about this before).
