I work at a car dealership and this number keeps calling to order parts and pays with a credit card and has me ship out the parts. I am trying to figure out where he is from because he has us ship parts to a address in North Carolina. We are trying to track him down because one of the cards he used was stolen. He owes us $1600.00 dollars. The number on the caller id is 011233208096xxx. Any help would be great. Thank you…

Hi,
This looks like a cell phone number from Ghana, Africa – country code 233 and the remaining digits comprise the actual mobile number. 011 is the code used to dial internationally from the US. More info on how to call Ghana:
