well im trying to txt this girl i met however she said she lives in the philippines and i live in WV but i can figure out how to txt her the number is 091-064-98???

Use the same instructions we provide for calling the Pilippines on
https://www.howtocallabroad.com/philippines/
Basically you should leave out the first zero in the cell number and dial 011 63 91 064….

You can text that Philippine mobile number by adding +63 and eliminating the leading 0. So your number 091-064-98??? will be formatted like this:

+639106498???
