UK Number 44(0)776… Do I dial the 0?

My friends number as given to me starts with 44(0)776…

I don’t know if I am supposed to dial the zero. Your directions didn’t indicate a 0 except in the outgoing sequence – 011

Hello,

You should leave out the zero. It’s a trunk code used for UK national calls (people calling within the UK).
