    Hello,
Universal or international toll free numbers are assigned a country code like unique international area code which is 800. All 4 countries you listed participate in this international toll free program so the answer is yes, you can place calls from all 3 countries as follows:
    -from UK you would enter: 00 800 ???? ????
    -from Australia: 0011 800 ???? ????
    -from Singapore 001 800 ???? ???? (or 008 instead of 001).

Here's a page providing more info on these types of numbers:

Thanks for the prompt reply, we tried that but unable to connect. Is this limited to certain network provider or caller just have to dial as follows
    - from UK - +800 ???? ????
    - from Australia - +11 800 ???? ????
    - From Singapore - +1 800 ???? ????

Yes, I believe that being able to dial these numbers could also depend on which provider you are using - call your provider's support to inquire about this. As for the way to dial: you either use the exit code of the country you are dialing from or you use the plus sign. In other words, when using the plus sign the dialing sequence is the same from all 3 countries: +800 ???? ???? (and not +11 or +1).
