US to South Korea cell phone

We are having trouble dialing from the US to a South Korea Cell phone in Soeul. The number they gave us starts with 010 xxxx xxxx. We put 011 82 in front of it with no luck.

Hi Michelle,
You must remove the starting zero and dial: 011 82 10 xxxx xxxx.
