i dial the old way from US.
0118454524712 but it no longer works.

what is the new structure to dial to Hue, VN

Hi Alice,

It depends on what service provider this customer is with. Many numbers are with VTN Post and Telecommunications Group, so in this case you would add a 3 after 54 (54 being the area code for Hue).
