Well, if it rang then that means you dialed correctly. Have you tried emailing your office instead of calling them? PC-to-PC calling is also free you may want to try this instead of calling using a regular phone.
Maybe Shanice wants to know if she can call any 1 800 phone number in any country. Shanice if you want to free call toll free numbers from selected countries then you may want to try Skype for that matter.
