Hi,
I’m also trying to communicate with Australia from Chile. I’m trying to send a text message and I used the above codes and dropped the first zero from the Australian phone number but it keeps coming up with “call barred” and then “message not sent”. I’m with the Chilean Claro network. Any advice would be much appreciated!
