Hello and thanks for your inquiry.
The number you are trying to reach is in Rome not Milan (Rome has area code 06 and it’s already included in your number). To dial this number from the UAE use the following sequence:
    00 39 0641999

    Hello,
The number you have posted does not seem to include a country code. Moreover, its format (+0) doesn’t make sense. Maybe you can provide some more information about it?

    Hello,

In recent years and for obvious reasons it has become increasingly difficult to find reliable old fashioned people search directories. More so in Japan where many seem to care about privacy more than other nationalities. We list two business directories on https://www.howtocallabroad.com/japan/ , but couldn’t find any people search tools.

    What you can do:

    • Try using modern ways like social media websites to find this person
    • Try the Google Person Finder
    • Think outside the box when doing your search – maybe you can contact a small business in the area, or someone who might know someone else, etc

    Hi Helen,

Unlike ring tones (the sound your phone makes when someone calls you), which can easily be downloaded onto your smart phone, ringback tones (the sound people hear before you answer their call) don’t work the same way. You can not simply download them. Customized ringback tones is a service provided by your telephone carrier. Or used to be in the case of AT&T, Sprint or Verizon which no longer offer this service to their customers. So, if you would like to customize your ringback tone call your phone company to inquire about it. As far as I am aware, VoIP companies still offer this option.

    Hello,

53 is Cuba’s country code. What comes after 53 should be the phone number, although Cuban phone numbers comprise 8 digits max while you have 9 for some reason. Cell phone numbers in this country begin with digit 5.There isn’t much else I can help you with. Why not call the number to see who answers?

    Hi Jenica,

Thanks for your reply. It’s not the ringtone we are discussing, it’s the ring sound you hear when dialing a number (before somebody picks up).

    Gabon numbering changes – November 15, 2019

On November 15, 2019 Gabon did finally implement an important numbering plan update. The main two changes are:

    • an extra digit was added between the initial zero and the second digit of old telephone numbers
    • the initial zero is no longer dialed when calling Gabon telephone numbers from abroad

    The main changes

    • fixed (landline) phone numbers before November 15, 2019: 01 xx xx xx become 011 xx xx xx after this date
    • mobile phone numbers changes:
      • 02 xx xx xx becomes 062 xx xx xx
      • 04 xx xx xx becomes 074 xx xx xx
      • 05 xx xx xx becomes 065 xx xx xx
      • 06 xx xx xx becomes 066 xx xx xx
      • 07 xx xx xx becomes 077 xx xx xx

Initial zero dropped when dialing Gabon from other countries!

When calling Gabon from abroad you no longer dial the initial zero. For example: before November 15, 2019 a typical call from the US to a Gabon landline would be dialed using: 011 241 01 xx xx xx. Currently, the new dialing sequence is: 011 241 11 xx xx xx. The initial zero is now used only to dial inside the country.
